These terms govern access to the Friends Guide B2B website, partner account request process and approved agency portal.

Partner eligibility and approval

The B2B portal is intended for eligible travel trade partners. Submitting an account request does not guarantee approval. We may request business verification, approve or decline access, restrict enabled services or suspend access where reasonably necessary.

Account security

Approved users must keep credentials confidential, use the portal only for authorised agency activity and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. Activity performed through an account may be treated as authorised agency activity unless reported otherwise.

Rates, availability and service information

Rates, inventory, policies, visa requirements and service details can change. The final information shown during the booking or application flow must be reviewed before confirmation. A search result or quote is not a confirmed service.

Wallet and payment

Where wallet payment is enabled, the displayed amount is deducted after confirmation. Partners are responsible for maintaining sufficient available balance and reviewing transaction records. Credits, refunds or adjustments follow the confirmed service and cancellation terms.

Bookings, names and documents

Partners must enter accurate traveller names, contact details, dates and document information. The agency is responsible for reviewing confirmations, vouchers and application details and promptly reporting errors. Airline, hotel, attraction, immigration or authority rules may also apply.

Changes and cancellations

Amendment, cancellation, no-show and refund conditions vary by service and rate. The final applicable policy should be reviewed before confirmation. Some bookings or applications may be non-refundable, partially refundable or subject to fees.

Visa and flight services

Visa decisions are made by the relevant authority and are not guaranteed. Processing times and requirements may change. Flight schedules, baggage, ticketing and fare rules are controlled by the relevant airline or service provider.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with operation, submit unlawful or misleading information, resell access credentials, copy protected platform content or use the service in a way that harms travellers, partners or the company.

Service availability and liability

We aim to provide a dependable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or outcomes controlled by third parties. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility is limited to the service directly provided and does not include indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect service, legal or operational changes. The current version is published on this page. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply.

Governing framework and contact
